Rights to content
You must own or have valid permission for athlete photos, likenesses, logos, trademarks, names, statistics and reference images you upload.
Prohibited content
Do not create or upload illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, abusive or deliberately harmful material, including content involving minors that is unsafe or inappropriate.
Fraud and impersonation
Do not misrepresent recruitment, commitments, endorsements, results or identity; impersonate another person or organisation; or use AthleteFrame for deception or fraud.
Likeness and brand misuse
Do not use an athlete’s likeness, a school identity, sponsor mark or other brand without authorisation. AI output does not grant rights to third-party material.
Service misuse
Do not bypass plan limits, probe security, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, interfere with other users or attempt to access another user’s account or assets.
Enforcement
We may remove content and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Report concerns to support@athleteframe.io.
