1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly tell us about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually through Stripe until cancelled. Your plan includes the generation allowance shown at purchase. Unused allowances do not roll over unless we state otherwise. Taxes may apply.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel from Billing at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of athlete photos, logos, text and other assets you upload. You grant AthleteFrame a limited licence to store, process and transmit those materials only to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm you have permission to use each athlete likeness, trademark, logo and other asset you submit.
5. Generated content
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other output. You must review every graphic before publishing and verify names, statistics, logos and rights. We do not guarantee exclusivity, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.
6. Intellectual property
AthleteFrame, its software, brand, interface and original site content belong to AthleteFrame or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend accounts that threaten people, rights, security or the service.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep AthleteFrame available, but maintenance, providers and events outside our control can interrupt it. We may update the service or these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, AthleteFrame is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or decisions made from AI output. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law and disputes are subject to the courts of New Zealand.
