Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, Firebase user identifier and profile photo; athlete profiles; uploaded athlete photos, logos and reference assets; creative directions; generated graphics and saved designs; Stripe customer, subscription and billing-status identifiers; support messages; device, security and basic usage data.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, generate and save graphics, operate subscriptions and allowances, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve AthleteFrame. We do not sell personal information.
AI processing
Assets and instructions used for generation are sent to OpenAI through our protected backend. Do not upload material you are not authorised to process.
Providers
We use Firebase and Google for authentication and storage, Stripe for billing, Render for backend hosting, OpenAI for image generation and Framer for the website. If enabled, Meta Pixel and privacy-respecting analytics may receive browser events subject to their own policies.
Cookies and local storage
We use Firebase authentication storage, essential browser storage and similar technology to keep you signed in, preserve work and secure the service. Analytics or advertising cookies are used only where enabled and legally permitted.
Retention and security
We retain account and design data while your account is active and as needed for billing, security and legal duties. We use access controls and per-user storage paths, but no internet service is risk-free.
Your choices and rights
You may update your profile, download saved work, cancel billing and request access, correction or deletion. Some billing or security records may be retained where required by law.
